The limited edition Dick Frizzell “weatherbomb” umbrella for Oxfam NZ was created to help change the impact of climate change on developing communities in the Pacific Islands.

Blunt, Oxfam, Dick Frizzell, Hustle & Bustle and Motion Sickness delivered a synchronised launch across earned and social media. The limited edition umbrella sold out within 6 days from the launch and over $40,000 was raised for Oxfam in less than one week.  A second run was ordered for customers to pre-order.

The umbrella was featured in key lifestyle media channels including New Zealand’s VIVA, stuff, Radio New Zealand, Denizen, Kia Ora and North & South, as well as syndicated across local news titles nationwide.
